Peaceful Detour
While running errands today, I decided to take a detour through a place I have been wanting to go but never do, and found this beautiful pond. My eyes immediately went to these great pines, just loved the roots next to the water. 
And the reflections were breathtaking!
Fresh Lines
A little sweat, a little pain and a little OCD or as some say CDO(OCD in alphabetical order).....The ending result......the look of a freshly mowed yard, LOVE IT!
The INFERNO
A week ago we got a new oven, now you can be the judge by this picture if you think this is what it should look like when its on......Our other stove took ten minutes to preheat this one takes maybe 2min.
I have decided to call it the Inferno. Seems like the proper name to me. Kind of reminds me of childhood and being afraid to go down to the basement in fear that the living furnace might come alive and eat you. I can honestly say I am a little afraid to use this oven with children around....It just might eat one of them!On a serious note to all those who own a gas stove, does this look normal? I never saw flames on our old one.
My Little Mozart
Ever since this little man was a baby he has always loved music, Nothing has changed! I think he has a great ear for music. This little song he plays all the time, not sure where he heard it or if he made it up, but I love it!(Mostly because he did it!)
For my Teachers
This post goes to all my photography teachers in life, my grandpa for giving my first camera to my dad, who gave it to me in high school, who also taught me the basics of this old 35mm. (What ever did we do with out digital?) True most of these learning moments were not in focus but the memories will last forever!

I apologize in advance for all of the pics of just this little girl, but lately she has been doing the craziest things that I never want to forget.
Like today for instance.....I laid her down for her afternoon nap, heard her get up and play a little, nothing new(eventually she goes back to sleep), about 15min later its quiet so I go to check on her....Where is she, the door was shut she couldn't leave the room, not in her bed or anywhere I could see, started to panic a little! Then finally looked around some toys and this is where she lay....
Her little body camouflaged by all the toys and clutter, and her head lay on a tiny monkey as a pillow. Just too darn cute! Scared me to death!
Angel Baby
Today While mowing my yard, my little one decided she would pick up this cement Angel and carry it around every where like it was her baby. Of course As my bungee is keeping my mower running I keep running to grab the camera. Just too cute! She took it to swing with her, Sit with her and anywhere else she went.(Has to weigh close to 7 pounds)
My Monkey
OH THE ENERGY! From the moment they wake up until they crash on the floor, sometimes I swear this one is part monkey! Like right here on our car door. But she's my monkey!
Summer Help
This year I had to recruit a little farm help to help pick dandelions out of the field for our 4H rabbits. She doesn't help much but she only gets paid in milk and cookies!
Lovely
It is just a weed but the most lovely weed I have ever seen. When you take the time to look at it.Unlike a painting it looks ugly and weedy from far away but up close it has these little white flowers and these reddish heart shaped leaves, just beautiful. I think I'll call it "The Sweet Heart Weed"!
Lake Fog
It always looks so creepy when its only foggy over the water, almost like the movie swamp thing. In one of my pictures I could see the water moving! HELP!
Caught my eye
On the way to church today saw this beautiful tree, caught my eye! PLANES!
Today we went to see the Doolittle Planes at the museum. These pictures I thought turned out great and not taken by me! But our 8 yr old, who's pics with our little cannon turned out better than mine! The picture on the right has his dad, sister and grandpa in the back left corner!

Today we finally did it. Took our babygirl for her first bangs! Didn't want to do it but they just wouldn't grow out!

OUCH!!!
See I can take a bad picture! While trying to take a picture of this gorgeous sunset, I unknowingly laid my arm down on the electric cow fence to try to stabilize myself. Then ZAP!!! And a little burnt hair smell and then almost missed the sun going down trying to hold my hands still. Didn't work! And then could not keep my hands from shaking to take a steady picture! You will have to use your imagination a little on this one!
Very Rare Site
This is a very rare site! A moment where I actually get to be in the photo!
Finally had a relaxing day with the family and had beautiful weather!

To My Best Freind
This moment goes to my best friend for many years who has recently introduced me back to my long lost love of Photography. In a time when I felt like just a stay at home mom and nothing else and to add the stress of many family issues, medically and others she inspired me by all her great photos that she would share with everyone and said to me "why not you, go for it". She helped me start these blogs, that are such a relief of stress and anxieties, and is a total release that makes me feel like I am more than just a mom. She is an Angel!

A Day On The Farm!
On a simple ordinary day at our farm her favorite thing to do is to help feed the animals......
and bring the baskets to collect the eggs, always so precious to me! Especially when the always protecting old dog follows her.
And 4 days ago our baby 4H bunnies were born, 6 In all!
The smell of Freedom!
I just love the warm spring days, the flowers have started to bloom. And you know you have to check them all to see if they all smell the same!
And yes the freedom of the little ones being able to run free like the wind!
(Yes we go through at least 3 outfits a day):O)

Today our wee one turned 2! She is growing up sooooo fast, Sometimes I wish I could just stop time for one moment just to keep them this size forever. 
In case your wondering why there are so many candles, her cousin also had a birthday this weekend!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE ONE!My favorite color
While on a hunt for green this week , I really started to notice the littlest things around our yard. I found these just outside our fence in the field. Tiniest little things and my favorite color, PURPLE!
GREEN
While doing a cool project to enter a contest for the color Green, I was very surprised just how much green is actually around us when we open our eyes, no matter how small. This photo I did not enter but wanted to show everyone one of the greenest things we all take for granted and yet one of the most beautiful!
